With lots of fun-to-do choreography, this is a fast-paced, non-stop fat-burner. Ann Marie Sill never slows it down to "teach" a move; she expects you to know how to do a "cha cha" or a "revolving door" (so your rhythm never breaks and your heart rate never drops). Each choreography block is 32 counts; she demos them separately, and then strings them together into four-block sets. The tempo and directional changes make it interesting, while the optional spins and pivots add variety. Very clear hand and verbal cuing. The ending floorwork uses a stability ball to target your abs with Pilates-style routines.
Ann Marie will start you with a warm-up (8 min.), moves you into Jammin 32¿s, creative 32 count combinations linked together for a complete step workout (42 min.), Cool-down (6 min.), Core conditioning using the Resist-A-Ball and stretch (9 min.)
The DVD will have multiple options for different length of workouts for optimal fitness results.
About the Instructor:
Ann Marie Sill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and is a continuing education provider for AFAA, ACE, and AAAI. She is a workshop and master class presenter, sharing her passion for advanced step aerobics with various health clubs on the East Coast.
