The step portion features intervals of dancy/interesting patterns alternated with simpler/faster segments. That's followed by a uniquely "choreographed" body sculpting series. It's a complementary, and unusually smooth flowing, workout structure. The complex step intervals range from mambos and knee repeaters to shuffles and pivots with wide-ranging directional changes (while the "surge" intervals emphasize undiluted speed and intensity). The toning section is definitely different - it's taught add-on style with each routine flowing from the previous (e.g. eight reps of one set is combined with eight reps of another; then just four reps of that sequence is repeated while you add a new eight rep set, etc.).
Workout One: Warm-up (8 min.)
Surging Step¿Step moves and choreography intervaled (Surging) with intense choreographed moves to elevate the heart rate (45 min.)
The DVD will have multiple options for different length of workouts and for combining the workouts for optimal fitness results.
