Workout One: Step Inspirations, Warm-up (8 min.), Fantastic step moves and choreography that will inspire you every time you work out. Extra Bonus Step Section of all combo's (45 min.).
Workout Two: Power to the Third, Warm-up (6 min.), an interval workout combining medicine ball work and hi-low cardio training (35 min.)
Workout Three: Core/Lower Body Reshaping, Strengthen and reshape your abs, back, and lower body with core exercises (26 min.).
