Foundations
The 45 minute foundations or "a ride for everyone" is the cornerstone to understanding how to create Cycle Reebok workouts that are suitable for all levels of fitness. This in-depth training teaches cycling techniques necessary to create motivational workouts, proper cycling cues and injury prevention. Participants will become familiar with the physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology and motivational methods of Cycle Reebok. Additionally, cyclists will be able to assess posture and alignment issues in an effort to strengthen weak, under-used torso muscles.
Interval Training
Also taught in a class format, a second 45 mintue Interval Training ride fouces on advanced cycling techniques. The interval training ride combines four different fitness and performance related training goals: Endurance, leg speed, strength and power. An ideal way to break through physical plateaus or barriers, the interval training ride provides diversity and a fresh approach to traditional workouts. Participants further learn that a stronger core will help counter balance stress of everyday life as well as long hours in the saddle.
