This is the complete total body workout, which includes:

  • 5 minute warm-up.
  • 35 minutes of fat-burning and toning in seven 5-minute intervals: 3 ½ minutes of aerobic and plyometric exercises to boost metabolism and improve cardio conditioning and endurance, followed by 1 ½ minutes of weight-training to tone sculpt and firm.
  • 5-minute gentle cool-down with Yoga-inspired moves to improve balance and flexibility.
