Viewing And Searching Products [top]
This site is best viewed using Netscape 6.2 and Internet Explorer. You may view products in a number of ways. A search by price allows you to search within a range of how much you would like to spend on an item. You may also search by category, selecting the type of items you are looking for. Video items are available in either VHS or DVD and they will have these formats included in drop-down boxes once you've selected to see more information about an item by clicking on it. To see larger photos of products click on the second thumbnail photo.

Cancelling an Order [top]
To cancel an order, all you need to do is send us an email as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, and the product you want to cancel. If you want to change the quantity of an item please tell us.

NTSC, PAL and SECAM Videos Formats [top]
VHS players are not all the same. There are three different videotape formats that are used in different countries. NTSC is used in the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Japan, and most South American countries. The PAL format is used in most of Europe, the U.K., Australia, South Africa and many other countries. SECAM is used in France, Russia, former Eastern Bloc countries, Saudi Arabia and other countries. If you try to play an NTSC video on a PAL tape player, you will see only a blue screen. Some players can play different formats; be certain what your requirements are before you order.
